Blaze Yoga Lancaster is a certified Yoga College of India offering 90 minute classes that are practiced in a heated room consisting of 26 postures (asanas). This class is designed for all ages and levels of fitness, flexibility and health.
Original 26/2 Yoga is a process that can reduce or eliminate the symptoms of many aliments and is an excellent preventive activity for parts of the body that are healthy.
